Our Mission Statement

The mission of the Effective Network for the Advancement of Bilingual Education (ENABLE) is to advocate for the educational interests and to promote the cultural heritage of all students, particularly second language learners. ENABLE also works to advance the interests of second language learners in the areas of becoming biliterate and bicultural.
